Camille became my executive coach after my job as VP Digital Finance was eliminated at Fox Corporate. I started working with Camille in October 2020 and I received my job offer in May 2021. She was my confidant, my coach, my go-to person on everything related to my job search, my resume, interviewing questions, salary negotiations and even my photographer when it came to finding a good headshot for my LinkedIn profile. 

I enjoyed working with Camille because I felt she took my challenge finding a job in an extremely competitive job market during Covid personally. She made me feel like I am not alone during these difficult times. Camille made it personal. She met me in person for lunch so that we could get to know each other. She is a jack of all trades when it comes to job searching with her multi-year career in executive search. She had ideas on how to improve my resume, how to improve my LinkedIn profile, how to answer difficult questions I would get in interviews. She helped me to make a right decision to choose between a potential job vs a job that I already had an offer for. She discussed my options on the details of the offer and helped me negotiate a salary and bonus that I wanted and did not let me leave any money on the table. Most of the time she responded right away or within an hour to my emails, even on weekends. 

She set me up with a mock interview coach when she felt I was struggling to get past the first interview rounds. And after I already signed the offer, she offered her help to go through the on-boarding process with me which I accepted gladly. That is what I call going an extra mile for your clients. In addition to all that she is a positive and energetic coach and always had a word of encouragement for me.  I will be forever grateful to Camille for all her help from the beginning of the process to the very end.
